Realty Development was founded on a straightforward premise: that the most valuable perspective in resort real estate comes from those who have actually built it. Our principal, Jeff Sage, brings more than four decades of hands-on development, construction, and land-use experience to every project and client relationship.

Our focus is the Rocky Mountain resort corridor — Eagle County, Pitkin County, San Miguel County, and adjacent markets where resort amenity, land scarcity, and long-term demand fundamentals converge. We work on large-scale, complex projects that require deep entitlement knowledge, patient capital, and a long-term view.

In addition to our own development activity, we represent buyers and sellers in high-value transactions where a developer's perspective adds meaningful value. We do not operate as a conventional brokerage. We bring the same diligence, market knowledge, and long-term thinking to representation that we apply to our own projects.
